This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Systems Engineer based in the United States.

We are seeking a hands-on GTM Systems Engineer to build, optimize, and scale the technology infrastructure that powers revenue operations. In this role, you will develop and customize Salesforce solutions, manage integrations across the go-to-market technology stack, and create reliable data systems for sales, marketing, and finance teams.

Working closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Data Engineering, you will help shape the systems that support the company's growth. This is an opportunity to take increasing ownership of Salesforce architecture while contributing to a fully distributed, engineering-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions, strengthening pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and account management processes.
  • You will also develop custom tools and AI-powered workflows where existing platforms fall short.
  • You will build and maintain the systems, integrations, and data infrastructure that enable effective go-to-market execution. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, custom objects, and other platform capabilities.
  • Translate Revenue Operations requirements into tested, documented, and source-controlled technical solutions.
  • Design and maintain the data models supporting account hierarchies, site-level information, product catalogs, packaging, territory assignments, and account handoffs.
  • Build and maintain forecasting infrastructure, including stage gates, exit criteria, forecast categories, pipeline snapshots, and field history tracking.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to develop SQL- and BigQuery-based reporting, code-defined dashboards, and native Salesforce reporting tools.
  • Maintain data quality across Salesforce and connected GTM platforms through deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and actionable data-quality reporting.
  • Lead integrations, data pipelines, and system migrations as the GTM technology stack evolves.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure for partner and cloud marketplace revenue, including deal registration, sourced-versus-influenced attribution, and reliable reporting.
  • Support variable compensation programs through data management, quality controls, and administrative assistance.
  • Govern the use of AI agents across the GTM stack, including permissions, access controls, and rollout processes.
  • Design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered workflows to improve go-to-market productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Provide end-user support for lead routing, assignment troubleshooting, round-robin logic, SLA issues, and bulk list uploads for marketing and sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce engineering expertise with a practical understanding of revenue operations and go-to-market processes. You are proactive, technically curious, comfortable working across teams, and motivated to turn complex business needs into reliable systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience building on Salesforce in a technical administrator or developer capacity.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market teams.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform integrations.
  • Experience testing, deploying, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, ideally using source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API.
  • Demonstrated ability to build automation, custom objects, and complex business logic.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with a data warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or an equivalent platform.
  • Practical understanding of GTM operations, including product catalogs, pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, renewals, account expansion, and compensation administration.
  • Experience working with a range of GTM tools, such as communication platforms, data enrichment solutions, quoting systems, contract lifecycle management tools, and e-signature platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered workflows and using AI coding agents.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher.
  • Experience with source control and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise land-and-expand sales models, product-led growth, or developer-first businesses.
  • Experience supporting partner, channel, or cloud marketplace operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Interest in applying AI to improve productivity, operational processes, and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing or supporting variable compensation programs.

Benefits

  • Remote-first flexibility: Work from home, a coworking space, or one of the company's hubs in New York City or San Francisco.
  • Relocation support: Relocation bonus available for employees who choose to work from a company hub.
  • Travel stipend: $4,000 per year to travel and work alongside colleagues.
  • Health coverage: Up to 100% of health insurance costs covered for you and your partner or family.
  • Productivity stipend: $350 per month for work-related needs such as high-speed internet or coworking expenses.
  • AI stipend: $350 per month to support AI tools and resources.
  • Home office allowance: $500 one-time stipend to set up your workspace.
  • $150 per month.
  • Unlimited PTO, with an annual minimum of two weeks encouraged.
  • 12 weeks of parental leave.
  • Company equity, giving employees a stake in its long-term growth.
  • Opportunities to connect with colleagues through team gatherings and onsite events.
