Responsibilities

• These tests are being performed to verify the performance and the robustness of the product under different conditions.
• Responsible to support internal execution and reporting of product verification tests by following work instruction documents and standard test protocols.
• Perform failure analysis to determine the cause of test failure.
• Troubleshoot simple equipment issues.
• Assist T&V engineers on new test method development.
• Verification tests include product performance tests such as temperature and air flow rate measurement for hair dryer, reliability tests such as a drop test, water resistance, chemical reaction, endurance tests for shavers and hair stylers and their components, safety tests such as high voltage test and end-of-life test, and hair attribute tests such as hair shine and tensile strength tests.
• Everything that can happen while using the product is simulated in a lab, and objective marketing claims are also verified with tests.
• You will help perform failure analysis as well to determine what could have caused the test to fail.

Requirements

• Diploma in technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering Good Oral and written
• English and Chinese language skills
• Able to work with Excel/Word/Outlook Knowledge on MSA (Measurement System Analysis) Pro-active and detail oriented Hands-on mentality
• Able to work in a team
