Performance Manager

Kinetic, a leading provider of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) solutions. As an ADAS Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of dealerships, fleet operators, and collision repair centers. You will provide expert insights and training on ADAS calibration, documentation, and workflow optimization. This position requires familiarity with automotive technologies and repair practices, insurance claims processes, and software as a service. You will be responsible for account and revenue growth, customer relationship management, and driving operational excellence in the automotive service industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and service.
• Deliver training and conduct regular on-site visits to enhance customer proficiency with calibration processes.
• Manage and coach Customer Success team members to achieve growth, retention, and satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Willingness to spend 3-4+ days per week driving to customer locations, as well as traveling to industry events, as needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records (MVR) check
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers at all levels
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing and delivering against multiple, simultaneous priorities

Preferred

• Experience working with automotive repair estimating software, such as CCC and Mitchell
• Familiarity with automotive technologies, collision repair practices, repair estimates, and insurance claims processes
• Leadership experience or team management background (ideal, though not a requirement)
