Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Join Mirantis, a leading cloud-native platform provider, as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this contract position, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally, driving direct sourcing efforts, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a professional candidate experience. You will collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while independently managing your roles. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with ATS tools.

End-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles — including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments

Responsibilities

• Driving direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, and partnering with hiring managers to shape profiles and define strategy.
• Acting as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices.

Requirements

Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)

• Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish
