Responsibilities

• Contribuer à la création et à l'amélioration des agents de codage dans le codebase de Qualified, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient fiables et efficaces.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes de retour d'information pour mesurer et améliorer les performances des agents, en identifiant et en corrigeant les problèmes.
• Diriger la livraison de projets complexes, de la conception au lancement, en assurant la surveillance et l'itération.
• Energized by ambiguity: a new team means the roadmap and conventions are still being written

Requirements

• A heavy daily user of coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar), with real opinions about where they shine, where they fail, and how to instruct them
• Experienced building developer tooling or developer experience that other engineers depend on daily

Experienced leading engineers to deliver complex systems

• Comfortable owning a containerized environment end to end, including its network rules and secrets handling
• Able to turn messy signals (session logs, PR threads, eval results) into a specific fix and show it worked
