Senior Full Stack Engineer - Q

Our team is new, growing, and evolving quickly, and we are hiring across multiple disciplines. We work at the intersection of machine learning, hardware, and software, creating technologies that reshape how people communicate and experience the world around them in everyday life.

We are looking for someone who operates independently and leads projects, not someone who waits to be handed a task. You will own full stack initiatives from idea through production, collaborate with product, design, and hardware teams, and mentor other engineers along the way. This role is fully onsite.

Requirements

BSc in Computer Science or a related field

• 5+ years of experience building production Python backend applications
• 3+ years of experience building frontends with React (TypeScript preferred)
• Solid understanding of REST/gRPC API design, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and service architecture
• Familiarity with Bluetooth/BLE or IoT device communication (advantage)

Preferred

• Proven track record of independently leading projects end-to-end: defining scope, designing the architecture, breaking down the work, and driving execution through to delivery
• Proven expertise in designing and shipping large-scale, production-grade applications

Experience building desktop applications with Electron (advantage)

• Experience with asynchronous Python (asyncio) and modern frameworks such as FastAPI
• Experience with CI/CD, debugging across platforms, and performance optimization in distributed systems
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring or guiding peers
