Hager Group's Connected Software Factory as a Digital Application Engineer / Software Deployment Manager. You will be responsible for the deployment of Hagercad, a key electrical installation design solution, across France, the UK, Ireland, and Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Your role will involve acting as the main interface with Hager teams, driving market launches, organizing field testing, developing training materials, and coordinating incidents and enhancement requests.
  • Act as the main interface with Hager teams across different markets, collecting business needs and field feedback, and translating them into actionable requirements for Product & Software teams.
  • Drive the market launch of new Hagercad releases by preparing communication materials, release notes, and deployment plans, and coordinating launches with relevant countries.
  • Coordinate incidents and enhancement requests between markets, Product Owners, and Software Development teams through to resolution, while using field feedback to continuously improve products and processes.

Requirements

  • A higher technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a good understanding of technical and digital environments, excellent analytical and communication skills, and fluency in French and professional English.
