Join our team as a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (UI Tooling) and lead the development of our prototyping and rapid deployment platform, Kyber. You will be responsible for rebuilding Kyber onto our next-generation cloud platforms, evolving its capabilities to support the product development process, and integrating it into our ecosystem. You will also set the technical direction for the platform, write and review code, partner with various teams, advance capabilities for non-technical builders, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prototyping and rapid deployment platform, Kyber, by driving implementation, maintenance, and scaling of the system.
• Set technical direction for the Kyber platform, making architectural decisions, writing and reviewing code, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Broad full-stack engineering capability, with the confidence to work across backend, frontend, mobile, APIs and system architecture as technical challenges require
• Strong architectural design skills, including high-scale distributed services, well-designed APIs, data pipelines, efficient algorithms and reliable integrations

Requirements

• Proven experience building customer-facing products from zero to one, contributing to product definition, technical architecture, development and launch
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience driving initiatives that span across teams, departments and leadership
• 9+ years of industry experience, ideally within fast-paced environments, with a track record of delivering large-scale service oriented systems
• Sound technical judgment, with the ability to balance speed of delivery, experimentation, scalability and long-term engineering quality
• End-to-end product ownership, with experience iterating on launched products, responding to customer feedback and improving adoption, usability and business outcomes
