Responsibilities

• Contribuer à façonner et à exécuter la direction technique de l'infrastructure et des produits de l'équipe.
• Aider à définir et à conduire la stratégie de l'IA pour les développeurs, en collaborant avec des ingénieurs expérimentés.
• Servir de champion, d'expert, de coach et de consultant pour aider les équipes et les dirigeants à adopter et à tirer parti des nouvelles capacités d'IA.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting and coaching Staff+ (ideally multiple) and Senior engineers
• Experience managing a remote/distributed team

2+ years of experience as a full-time manager

• Experience applying AI technologies to real-world software development challenges
• Prior experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms, ideally at scale and with tools, frameworks, or systems commonly used in the industry
• A track record of quickly ramping up in new domains, technologies, or languages — and a genuine excitement for continuous learning

USD 212,000 - 265,000
