Senior Technical Support Engineer

Join Pinterest as a Senior Technical Support Engineer in the PinTech team. You will work with Tier 1 clients across various Pinterest products, define and build scalable partner solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert on the Pinterest API and partner integrations. You will lead complex engineering projects, provide technical support, and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Establecer y mantener relaciones técnicas con socios de nivel 1 y anunciantes empresariales, proporcionando soporte personalizado y gestionando proyectos técnicos complejos de principio a fin.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Support/Solution/Partner Engineering experience or integration experience; ideally at a large consumer tech platform
• Ability to leverage AI to enhance work quality and decisions, and champion AI experimentation within the team
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Experience integrating external APIs at scale using SDK's or writing custom client code
• Ability to read and write complex scripts for data manipulation; must be familiar with a programming language such as Python or a shell scripting language
• Experience leading technical partner/client calls
