Join Voxel as a Technical Deployment Specialist, where you'll be responsible for the hands-on implementation of our edge AI platform at customer sites. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient rollouts, troubleshoot deployment issues, and continuously improve our implementation processes. This role is critical to delivering fast time-to-value for our customers and scaling our deployment process as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end technical implementations, from kickoff and site readiness through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Configure and deploy Voxel's edge AI platform, including camera integration, device setup, and connectivity validation.

Requirements

  • Work directly with customer IT, network, and security teams to complete network readiness checks, firewall and proxy configuration, and access requirements.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Solid working knowledge of networking and security fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, proxies, VPNs, and SSL

Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

  • Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple technical projects at once and driving them to completion on schedule
  • Hands-on experience with security camera or video surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVRs/VMS, RTSP streams), or the ability to learn new camera systems quickly
  • 3–6 years of experience in technical implementation, deployment engineering, network or systems administration, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or other industrial environments

Preferred

  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, Security+, PMP, or similar)
  • Familiarity with workplace safety programs or EH&S practices
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience deploying edge computing, IoT, or AI/computer vision solutions

Pay

USD 100,000 - 130,000
