Join Wellthy as a Network Account Manager, where you will be the main point of contact for our largest and most strategic provider partners. You will build strong relationships, co-create solutions, and shape how we manage strategic provider accounts. This is a new role with no playbook, so you will have the opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will report directly to the Care Network Consultant and work closely with various teams across Wellthy.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key provider partners, serving as the main point of contact and building trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to co-create solutions with partners that improve the member and provider experience.
  • Define and document the approach to managing strategic provider accounts, including engagement rhythms, success measures, and playbooks.
  • Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity around how tools like AI can support your workflow or help families more effectively is a plus

Requirements

  • A proven ability to handle difficult conversations, manage escalations, and resolve conflict constructively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and competing priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks
  • Familiarity with Wellthy’s services, operations, and member experience is a strong plus
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the drive to build structure and processes where none exist yet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with external stakeholders
  • 3–5+ years of experience in client-, member-, or partner-facing roles, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering results
  • The ability to build trust with a wide range of personalities
  • A curious, creative problem-solver who asks good questions and likes finding new ways to approach old challenges
  • Good judgment, a strong sense of ownership, and a focus on solutions
