People Strategy Manager

Join Waymo's People Strategy team as a People Strategy Manager. In this hybrid role, you will drive the People team's most important work across priorities, products, growth, and emerging needs. You will own the "launch and land" strategy for the People team, shape the team's AI vision, run the team's OKRs, and build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Track record of operating independently once the goal is clear: taking initiative, making decisions, and knowing when to escalate
• 8+ years of experience in HR or People program management, business operations, go-to-market, change management, or product management
• Ability to work at every altitude, from launch details to shaping strategy
• Experience moving work forward across many teams at any stage (shaping it, running it, or landing it), knowing when to own it and when to hand it off, and building trust along the way
