Armed Security Supervisor

• Site Supervisor Location: Mableton, GA 30126 Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Daily pay options are available; get paid as soon as the next day The Supervisor's main responsibilities are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards.

Responsibilities

• This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
• Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
• Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.

Requirements

• Armed Security License in Georgia is required

• Confident with the use of Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has the ability to multitask
• Good interpersonal skills

• A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example.
• Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports.
• A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Active Armed Security Lincese in Georgia Must possess a valid
• Driver’s License and a working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.) Customer service experience is a plus CGS-indeed

Employment Type

Full-Time Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm
