Implementation Consultant

Join our team as an Implementation Consultant in EMEA. In this customer-facing role, you will lead successful software implementations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey, helping customers achieve value quickly while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Gestion des mises en œuvre de logiciels complexes, en équilibrant les parties prenantes et la gestion du changement pour garantir des déploiements réussis.
• Diriger les interactions et les communications avec les clients tout au long du cycle de vie de la mise en œuvre, en identifiant les opportunités de maximiser la valeur du produit.
• Servir de gestionnaire client pendant la mise en œuvre pour comprendre leurs opérations commerciales, gérer les attentes des clients et garantir la satisfaction des utilisateurs finaux.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customers

Requirements

Degree in engineering or a related field

• Relevant experience supporting enterprise customers in one or more of the following: software implementation, customer onboarding, application engineering, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and/or construction
• Savvy with technology and capacity to become an expert in our software in a short period of time
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations
• Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groups
• Self-starter comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines
• Understanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, user training, and deployment
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or similar space is a benefit
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in French and/or Spanish

Pay

EUR 40,000 - 59,400
