Client Strategist

Join EvolutionIQ as a Client Strategist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients maximize their investment in our SAAS products. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our technology, providing tactical support for client deployments, ongoing measurement of success, and consultative analytics. You'll also prototype new product features based on emerging client needs and represent the EvolutionIQ impact in a quantifiable and strategic manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Deeply client-focused, with a strong track record of building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to client executives
• High degree of ownership and control, with the ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and independently define and narrow problem spaces
• Passionate about innovation and making a swift impact, with a strong drive towards launch and delivery
• Deep experience in quantitative analytics, being able to run hypothesis led analyses and arrive at clear, pressure tested and statistically relevant conclusions
• Innately curious with a relentless pursuit of learning, always seeking to understand new concepts and apply them creatively to solve complex problems
• Build metrics dashboards (tableau, looker, etc)
• Ability to query and analyze data with SQL (Big query, MySQL, etc)

Expert in spreadsheets (pivots, charts, etc)

• Educational or professional background in Business analytics, Data analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial, Economics, Engineering
• Running simple to moderately complex statistical analyses, including linear regressions, correlations, A/B tests, cohort analyses, time series analysis - while testing statistical significance
