Strategy & Operations Manager

Join our team as a Strategy & Operations Manager, where you will be the operating backbone of the leadership team. In this hands-on, high-ownership role, you will run the operating rhythm of the management team, maintain company metrics and OKR tracking, handle legal and contract operations, and take on scoped strategic projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our visionary founding team and shape the future of AI.

Experience building lightweight systems (decision logs, risk registers, compliance calendars) from scratch

Responsibilities

• Gestionar el ritmo operativo del equipo de liderazgo, incluyendo la preparación de agendas, pre-lecturas y seguimiento de decisiones.
• Mantener el seguimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y los objetivos y resultados clave (OKR) de la empresa.
• Tomar la iniciativa en la revisión de acuerdos de confidencialidad (NDA) y contratos estándar, y coordinar con asesores externos cuando sea necesario.

• You own it. You turn decisions into owned actions and follow through without being chased
• You roll up your sleeves. You are as comfortable building the agenda and chasing the pre-read as you are framing a recommendation, and you see enablement as high-leverage work
• Clear written and verbal communication: you can brief outside counsel, prepare an executive pre-read, and explain a tradeoff to a non-specialist
• Comfort with numbers: you can work from financial and operating metrics, spot what needs leadership attention, and flag it clearly
• High attention to detail across many moving parts, including trackers, calendars, repositories, and records
• Familiarity with Carta or cap table management

Requirements

• You have business judgment. You know what to fix yourself, what to flag, and what to escalate
• You are a generalist at heart who learns fast. You may have come up through business operations, strategy and operations, strategic finance, or consulting, or through legal ops or HR looking to broaden into something new. You are drawn to breadth and want to grow into more strategy, or into the legal work
• Comfort with contracts: you can read an NDA or standard agreement, identify risk, and know what to escalate (legal training is not required)
• 3+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, strategic finance, or consulting
• Exposure to contract or legal operations (a strong plus)
• Experience supporting board and investor reporting
