Lead IT Program Manager

As a Lead IT Program Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Corporate IT, delivering key cross-functional initiatives, owning the OKR process, and driving continuous process improvement. You will work closely with IT leaders, Engineering, Security, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of key, large-scale, cross-functional programs across IT Support, IT Systems, and IT Network, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Own the OKR process for Corporate IT, establishing quarterly objectives and key results, and tracking progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive process improvements and mature Agile practices across Corporate IT, defining and aligning practices for planning, sprint and Kanban cadences, and retrospectives.
