Solutions Engineer - Payments

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical expert for our enterprise merchants, guiding them from initial evaluation to successful launch. This client-facing role offers a dynamic blend of pre-sales and implementation experiences. You will work closely with Sales Representatives, deliver presentations and product demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with enterprise merchant prospects in a pre-sales context, investigating their pain points and proposing tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, leveraging sales decks, user interfaces, API walk-throughs, and integration examples.

Requirements

• Take primary responsibility for the end-to-end technical lifecycle, encompassing pre-sales presentations, solution design, technical implementation, and go-live support.
