Business Intelligence Analyst

Join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where you will build and maintain core reporting suites and dashboards, work on analytical projects end to end, and partner with department leads to generate action-oriented insights. You will also build and refine models to surface performance drivers, perform ad hoc quantitative analysis, and collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers. Responsibilities

• Construire et maintenir des suites de reporting et des tableaux de bord pour soutenir la prise de décision.
• Travailler sur des projets analytiques de bout en bout, en aidant à définir l'approche, à explorer les données et à générer des recommandations.
• Collaborer avec les ingénieurs en données et en analytique pour garantir que les bonnes données sont livrées aux bons endroits et sont précises.
• Comfortable working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) to support analysis

Requirements

• Experience with SQL and/or Python. Experience with Databricks is a plus
• Interest in using AI tools to help solve data or analytical problems
• Ability to juggle several cross-functional projects and stakeholders at once
• Expert in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, with the ability to build clear, persuasive narrative from data
• 2+ years experience in strategy, analytics, or related quantitative fields; consulting experience is a plus
• Ability to build analytical stories, using data and visualizations to drive impactful insights that lead to action
• Able to break down ambiguous, open-ended business questions into a structured plan of attack, and manage multiple concurrent workstreams for different business partners
• Business minded: able to connect data to what actually matters based on stakeholder priorities and company goals
• Strong problem-solver, comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and critical details
• Collaborative and proactive, able to build trust with business partners across departments and drive projects forward without heavy oversight
• Skilled communicator who can distill complex analysis into simple, actionable stories for non-technical audiences
• Flexible and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
