Senior Software Engineer (AI Infrastructure Development Platform)

Join our cross-functional infrastructure team as a Senior Software Engineer. You will enhance developer workflows, build an AI coding platform, and work directly with engineers to identify and eliminate time-wasting bottlenecks. Your expertise in developer tools, infrastructure, and cloud systems will be crucial in driving adoption and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Identifying areas for enhancement in engineering workflows and pipelines to lower developer's cognitive load.
• Building and extending the agentic coding platform, including agent integrations, MCP servers, and sandboxed execution.
• Working directly with engineers to identify time-consuming processes and developing tools to improve efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools and agents: you’ve built with them, not just used them

Requirements

• 5+ years building developer tools, infrastructure, or platform systems
• Strong grounding in Python/Go/TypeScript/C++, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure AWS/GCP
• A product mindset toward internal users: you talk to them, ship quickly, and iterate
• Experience with security-sensitive environments or monorepos
