Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software components for automotive applications in compliance with industry standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.
• Lead software architecture discussions and contribute to system-level design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and quality assurance teams to integrate software modules seamlessly into vehicle platforms.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and system-level tests to validate software functionality and safety requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster team growth and maintain high-quality code standards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, implementing robust solutions to enhance system stability and performance.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of software features.
• Document software designs, development processes, and testing procedures to maintain comprehensive project records and support regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with emerging automotive software technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on embedded systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automotive software development, particularly with embedded C/C++ programming and real-time operating systems.
