As Director of Revenue Operations, you will build and lead the revenue operations function for a growing B2B SaaS business. Reporting to the VP of Finance and partnering closely with the executive team, you will establish the systems, data infrastructure, and reporting processes needed to support scalable growth. You will take ownership of revenue technology, CRM architecture, analytics, and performance measurement, ensuring that business decisions are driven by reliable data. Cross-Functional Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities and provide proactive recommendations. Improve sales pipeline performance, team productivity, territory strategy, marketing channel efficiency, lead quality, customer acquisition costs, pricing, product adoption, expansion, retention, and total addressable market.
Revenue Systems and Data Management:
Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring CRM data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Manage the Snowflake data warehouse and business intelligence infrastructure while strengthening integrations across marketing, product, and finance systems.
CPQ Implementation and Governance:
Lead the implementation of DealHub CPQ and establish shared revenue metrics, data definitions, and governance standards that ensure consistency across departments and executive reporting.
Reporting and Performance Visibility:
Develop and maintain executive-level and departmental dashboards, automate recurring reports, and distribute weekly and monthly KPI updates with meaningful performance insights and trend analysis.
Data Quality and Reporting Reliability:
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure reporting accuracy and build self-service reporting capabilities that allow teams to independently access and interpret relevant business information.
Revenue Funnel Analysis:
Monitor the complete revenue lifecycle, from customer acquisition and pipeline development through conversion, bookings, expansion, and retention. Analyze performance across customer segments, acquisition channels, products, and sales representatives.
Forecasting and Business Intelligence:
Develop and refine revenue forecasting models, compare projections against actual results, identify emerging trends, and proactively highlight performance gaps and opportunities.
Operational Improvement:
Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that improve revenue performance, support strategic planning, and strengthen overall go-to-market effectiveness.
