Delivery Driver - Full & Part Time Available (790 Liberty St, Springfield, MA)

This position uses a split hourly rate .

Responsibilities

• You’ll Do As a Domino’s Delivery Driver, you’ll: Deliver customer orders safely and on time
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Use GPS to navigate delivery areas
• Help inside the store between deliveries, including taking orders, cleaning, and dishwashing
• Work as part of a fast-paced team

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance Insurance must be in your name or list you as a driver Social Security card and eligible to work in the U.S. Able to lift up to 25 lbs Basic math and customer service skills Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team Springfield Pie (SPI) is a family-owned Domino’s franchise serving Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Wilbraham, and Ludlow.

Pay

• $17–$25/hour + separate mileage reimbursement The estimated $17–$25 per hour includes employer-paid hourly wages and customer tips.
• Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, delivery volume, and tips.
• Mileage reimbursement is paid separately for required delivery driving and is not included in the $17–$25 estimated earnings range.
• Customer tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily.

• Springfield Pie Inc. ensures drivers receive at least the applicable Massachusetts minimum wage for all hours worked.
• For eligible tipped delivery work, wages and tips are reviewed each shift, and the company pays any required minimum-wage shortfall.
