Responsibilities

• By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will take ownership of their experience and create WOW memories that will stay with them long after their visit.
• All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures.
• Supervise assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan, fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long‐term profitability objectives
• Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
• hire recommendations that encompass the company’s diversity commitment, training, coaching, performance feedback, recommend and administer discipline, and scheduling
• Provide ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology and processes
• Make routine inspections of all equipment and kitchen areas to ensure that cleanliness and sanitary procedures are maintained
• Requisition new and replacement equipment as needed
• Approve requisitions related to all cleaning supplies and equipment and monitor supply requisitions to ensure costs are kept to a minimum without losing quality and usage of materials
