Account Executive - Santa Barbara

• Santa Barbara is one of the most relationship-driven real estate markets in California. We need someone who understands relationship-driven sales.
• 805title has been serving this market for years. Now we're adding a dedicated Account Executive seat and we want the right person in it.
• This isn't a warm-up role. This is a territory with real upside for someone who brings discipline, a strong personal brand, and a genuine commitment to becoming the go-to title rep in this market.

About 805Title

• You carry tools other title reps don't have: proprietary agent-facing presentation tools, market intelligence, and AI-powered title research
• Family-owned, privately held, fast-moving, no layers of approval slowing you down

Responsibilities

• Own the Santa Barbara and South Santa Barbara County territory
• Build and maintain a roster of Power Partners sending consistent recurring title and escrow orders
• Run daily agent appointments and a structured Hour of Power for prospecting and follow-up
• Represent a product suite that gives agents a real competitive advantage in their own business
• Track everything in LYTI, pipeline, orders, income, all visible in real time

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you had to find, develop, and close your own business
• Title, mortgage, or real estate experience is a plus but not required, we welcome strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative sales background
• Someone who understands how to build trust in a community-driven market
