Responsibilities

• $20.00 Hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues

Watch over alarm systems and surveillance cameras

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle
• Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed
• Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents
• Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls
• Attend and pass all required training, including legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 21 years of age or older

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
