Responsibilities

• Your Impact As an Special Needs Caregiver, you will: Provide overnight supervision, comfort, and routine support

Requirements

• At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements: At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience

At least 18 years of age

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray What We’re Looking For Experience in caregiving, behavioral therapy, or working with individuals with autism (preferred) Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a calm, patient presence

Overview Urgent

Skilled Caregivers Needed for Short Shifts (Weekend Availability Preferred) Locations: Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks Shifts Available: Monday through Sunday ( Saturday or Sunday availability is highly preferred ) 📍 Westlake Village Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Duties: Engaging companionship, meal preparation, and providing transportation to outings. 📍 Woodland Hills Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM Duties: Stand-by assistance and hands-on mobility support as needed. 📍 Thousand Oaks Schedule: Flexible short shifts available across mornings, days, and evenings.
