Responsibilities

• Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner) – Full-Time
• This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new studio from day one, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in establishing Peachy's presence in the Oak Brook community.

• Facial anatomy and wrinkle assessment
• Personalized consultation and treatment planning

Hands-on supervised injection training

• You'll be fully compensated throughout your training period to ensure a seamless transition into your new career.
• Complete Peachy's comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service during every client interaction

Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Educate clients on Peachy's wrinkle prevention offerings, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and aftercare products
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in the three FDA-approved treatment areas for facial wrinkles

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting

• Follow all operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives
• Maintain infection prevention standards, including proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and equipment sterilization
• Uphold HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards
• Dermatology
• Plastic Surgery
• Other procedural clinical environments

Requirements

Reveling in the Constraints

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you're applying
• Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Active BLS Certification

• Strong preference for Nurse Practitioners with at least six months of autonomous clinical practice experience
• Flexibility to work across multiple Peachy studio locations within a reasonable distance of your home studio
• Availability to commit to a Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. As we open and ramp up our new Oak Brook studio, scheduling flexibility will be important to support evolving operational needs. Ideally, this includes availability to work three weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) per month as part of your regular 40-hour workweek.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Successful Peachy Providers come from a variety of procedural and patient-facing specialties, including:

• Recent procedural experience (such as IV placement, suturing, or other hands-on clinical procedures) is strongly preferred
• Whether you're looking to transition into medical aesthetics or continue growing your career as an injector, we'd love to connect. Every conversation is confidential, and no prior aesthetics experience is required.

Pay

• Peachy Providers earn a competitive hourly rate plus quarterly performance bonuses, with our top-performing Providers earning
• 20%+ in bonus compensation annually!

Competitive hourly compensation

Compensation for this position in Oak Brook, IL is $60.00/hr + quarterly performance-based bonus potential. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Peachy reserves the right to modify compensation ranges as business needs evolve.
