The Role

Part-time W-2 employment (not 1099)
Dedicated to one brand:
rhode
Competitive pay, based on experience
Scheduled at Sephora locations
Weekend availability required

What You'll Do

Become the in-store rhode expert and drive sales toward brand goals
Educate shoppers and store teams on rhode’s products and story
Host and support rhode launches and in-store events
Keep rhode’s displays sharp and on-brand
Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

You Bring

2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience
Genuine passion for rhode and skincare
A strong selling and education background
Experience hosting beauty events
A confident, professional, team-player attitude
The drive to work independently
A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
Reliable transportation to stores across the market

Compensation

$25.00 - $30.00 / hour
