We are seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will guide new and existing patients through a smooth enrollment process into our care management programs.
• Connect with eligible patients
• Educate and enroll patients into preventative care programs
• Guide patients through smooth onboarding process
• Accurately manage documentation

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
