Teammate (Retail Associate)

The Teammate supports the success of the store by delivering a welcoming and engaging experience for guests while completing daily tasks with care and consistency. This role contributes to sales, merchandising, and operations through strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• The Teammate helps create a positive store environment and represents the Rally House brand with energy and professionalism.
• Brings energy and enthusiasm to interactions with customers and teammates.
• Maintains urgency and follows through on commitments.​ Responsibilities Communication: Communicates effectively with Guest, Members of Management, and Store Associates Merchandising: Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation
• Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Ensure that the guest remains the top priority

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Preferred

• Previous customer-facing experience preferred

Pay

Pay Range $13.00 - $14.50
