Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive Trainee , you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on referrals/leads from O wners.
• Fulfill requests from O wners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact O wners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.
• Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
• To Become a Sales Executive T rainee : Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .

Preferred

• One-year related experience is preferred .
