• Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue01:00 PM - 09:00 PMWed01:00 PM - 09:00 PMThur01:00 PM - 09:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, access points, and high-traffic areas; report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
