• Full Time Pay Rate: $21.95 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed06:45 AM - 03:15 PMThur06:45 AM - 03:15 PMFri06:45 AM - 03:15 PMSat06:45 AM - 03:15 PMSun06:45 AM - 03:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or shipments in accordance with established access-control and screening procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, documentation, and authorization for entry to restricted operational areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading zones, facility grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
