Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location by greeting visitors, patients, vendors, and staff and directing them appropriately.
• Follow site-specific access control procedures by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry requirements.
• Monitor front desk activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitors, deliveries, and other front desk activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Pay Rate

$18.53 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSun07:00 AM - 12:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
