We hire certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one.

Either way, you’ll work alongside a dedicated BCBA who mentors you from day one, not a manager, not a corporate supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Some roles do require an active certification, but if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you find your path to getting there.
  • You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities.
  • Every day is different.
  • You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow.
  • Your BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so there’s no guessing and no flying solo.

Requirements

  • Have an active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one
  • Have reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings, since our clients count on consistency
  • Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids
  • Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
  • Can keep up physically, getting on the floor, moving around, staying active (able to lift ~50 lbs)
  • Are at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check

Preferred

  • Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity

Pay

$20–$27/hour, based on experience and location

  • Full-time or part-time (some flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings is needed to meet client needs; not sure if a schedule fits? Just ask, we have many)
