Responsibilities

• Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 PM - 05:00 AMTue07:00 PM - 05:00 AMSat07:00 PM - 05:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and authorized personnel while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate access-control logs in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned government facility areas and perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and public-service representatives while supporting a professional, orderly location.

Requirements

• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
