Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapy Assistant in Home Health is responsible for providing occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability.
• The Occupational Therapy Assistant performs his/her duties in accordance with policies and procedures and the established plan of care.
• Education Graduate of an accredited OTA program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).

• Licenses and Certifications OTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant Upon Hire Required CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• Upon Hire Required In SC, must be certified and in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
