Cath Lab Tech Intern

Responsibilities While in school to obtain RCIS, Extern will assist the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures, obtain thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it, and administer direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures. Qualifications Education H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required and A student currently enrolled in in Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) program Required Work Experience No experience required Required Licenses and Certifications BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and ACLS Upon Hire Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Atlanta Hospital
