Responsibilities

• Influence culture, resident experience, operations, and growth
• Partner with executive leadership across the organization
• You’ll Do As Executive Director, you’ll oversee the full operation of the community, leading teams across resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, financial performance, and team engagement.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team
• Drive operational excellence and resident satisfaction
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals

Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational metrics

• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Support team member growth, engagement, and retention Lead with visibility, accountability, empathy, and energy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred 7+ years Executive Director/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community If you’re ready to lead with purpose, inspire teams, and drive operational excellence, we’d love to connect with you.
