**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Facilities Maintenance Technician** to support the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of multiple facilities throughout the Bucks County area. This is a **hands-on, field-based role** responsible for ensuring our buildings, systems, and grounds remain safe, functional, and operating at peak performance.

This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong **commercial HVAC experience**, solid general maintenance capabilities, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. You will be a key contributor in minimizing downtime, supporting operations, and maintaining the professional appearance and safety of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain **commercial HVAC systems**, including rooftop units and building systems
Conduct building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, floors, and general repairs
Respond to maintenance requests and facility issues in a timely, professional manner
Perform inspections to identify potential issues before they impact operations
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
Maintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and local codes
Support facility projects such as renovations, equipment installs, and seasonal preparations
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and documentation
Travel between locations as needed to support operational needs

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

**3+ years of experience** in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or commercial service work
**Hands-on Commercial HVAC experience**, including installation, maintenance, and repair
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical and building systems
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
Familiarity with refrigeration cycles, pressure/temperature diagnostics, and system performance
Understanding of applicable building, mechanical, and electrical codes
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time across multiple locations
Comfortable using digital tools, work orders, and mobile devices
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
