Event Setup Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces for promotional activities, brand activations, and special events. Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event spaces according to provided instructions.
• Arrange tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials.
• Organize event supplies and ensure materials are ready before activities begin.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized event areas.
• Support the breakdown and storage of event equipment after activities.
• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
• Assist with general event needs as they arise.
