IT Systems Engineer - Weeknights

Must be local to Lansing, Michigan for on-site interviews and on-site work requirements.
W2 only (Direct / 1-layer visa).

Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer with data center analytics experience. Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities
Monitor DDMI systems
Perform basic troubleshooting
Restart jobs when appropriate
Escalate issues
Record/update tickets in the DDMI Service Management tool
Provide escort services for customers, suppliers, and business partners
System monitoring and troubleshooting
Job restarts and escalation
Ticket management
Data Center Operations
Patching and system upgrades
Executing RFCs
Patch-panel cabling
System builds and decommissions
Racking/de-racking hardware
Escort services
Weekend ITSM debrief/status reporting
