We're looking for a skilled and motivated LCV Technician / Mechanic to join our Flex-E-Rent Mobile team in Canterbury . Responsibilities

• What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles

Carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding

• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently Working with leading manufacturers including
• Mercedes, Iveco and Ford Taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to successful completion
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards

Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and tools

• Collaborating with a skilled and friendly team to maximise vehicle availability
• Adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team across a variety of vehicle types and repair requirements.

Requirements

• We're Looking For Good organisation and time-management skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance

IT skills and confidence using workshop systems

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills and experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence Aged 21 and above for insurance purposes
• Full right to work in the UK

Preferred

• Experience with vehicle electrical systems and modern vehicle technology
• Experience preparing vehicles for MOT Experience working to productivity and efficiency targets
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with experience working with HGVs, LCVs or commercial vehicle fleets
