Windsor Troy Law, LLP, is a civil litigation firm that focuses on plaintiff's side personal injury and school/government liability cases. We’re looking for a recently licensed
Personal Injury Attorney
to join our team and begin building a successful career in personal injury law.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney who is eager to learn, develop litigation skills, and work alongside an experienced legal team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in litigation

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including filing complaints

Draft meet and confer letters to opposing counsel regarding discovery disputes

Prepare clients for depositions and other applicable hearings

Take and defend depositions throughout the course of litigation

Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions

Attend court appearances

Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases

Direct and support investigation on all assigned litigation matters

Qualifications

Recently admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice law in the applicable state.

Strong interest in Personal Injury law.

Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Strong communication and client service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with legal case management software is a plus.

Conducting Depositions

Salary: $
80,000 - $130,000 a year
