Responsibilities

• Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support site policies.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and directing individuals in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
