Job Title Executive - F&B Job Description Summary Job Description F&B Executive will be responsible for café operations at all sites. Hotelier with FM experience is helpful Drives comprehensive plans on food services. F&B operations monitoring as per COVID and post COVID situations. Monitoring menu, employee engagement activities. Implement innovated ideas to enhance Employee experience for café services Controlling costs wherever possible, scrutiny of expenses. Collecting feedback and complaints from employees and implementing the same to enhance service quality. Managing and training F&B staff. Coordinate with vendors / clients and ensure smooth operations. Technology implementation across the activities/operations. Setting up new cafeterias in upcoming offices, highlight necessary improvements. Quality control, Reviews and periodic meetings with stake holders or vendors. Implementation of SOP's and periodic updation. Internal and External audits related to F&B, ensure proper compliance. Preparation of Events calendar, execution. INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
