Responsibilities

• The Banquet House Attendant will provide exceptional service to our guests from arranging tables and chairs to cleaning and vacuuming, planning and execution.
• The Banquet House Attendant is required to have a professional demeanor, positive attitude, must be responsible and take initiative when needed.
• Set up banquet rooms with equipment for functions according to contracts received from the Catering department.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all storage rooms Clean function rooms including, but not exclusive to, vacuuming, dusting, shampooing of carpets, cleaning mirrors, marble, sand urns, etc.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, boxes, etc. from the receiving dock and store them safely and properly ensuring to log them where appropriate.
• Respond promptly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

Requirements

• Hospitality spirit to connect with guests
• Friendly and Calm Demeanor Previous experience in Food and Beverage roles and employment experience within a luxury
• Hotels is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills
