We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to strengthen our team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and seamless coordination of shipments.

How You’ll Contribute:

Prepare and manage documents on request, including airway bills, invoices, and other shipping paperwork

Monitor order receipt and track cargo through delivery

Resolve delivery issues such as lost cargo and other shipment problems

Collaborate with other departments on delivery and documentation requests

What You’ll Bring to Xometry:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with confident use of Excel

Work Ethic: Professional and responsible attitude toward tasks and work processes

Language Skills: English at B2 level or higher

Customer Focus: Service-oriented approach to work

Experience: No prior work experience required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to grow in this field
